We are excited to announce The Excel One MPH Program.  Our MPH program will be run by former and current professional baseball pitchers Chris Rollins, Chris Scarlett, & Bobby Gooch. This program will give athletes the edge they need to improve velocity during the off season, as well as learn how to maintain that velocity during the long spring and summer seasons.


The Program is an intense throwing program that focuses on increasing throwing velocity by: Building arm strength with long toss, bands, weighted balls, learning how to maximize mobility in the body, explosive lower body exercise routines, use of plyo balls to strengthen and help maintain proper throwing mechanics & arm health.

 All XL1 MPH athletes will receive:                                 

  • Full athletic assessment
  • Pre/Post throwing arm care routine!!!
  • Full in-season arm care routines
  • Nutritional advice and planning
  • XL1 MPH T-shirts
  • Video Analysis
  • Constant Radar Gun Testing
  • Long Toss Routine
